30 min Trial Introductory Flight - $170.05
Flight lessons (5% Off Instructor) - $357.00
Ground Theory Lessons (5% Off Instructor) - $133.00
Junior (under 18's) PAC Club Membership - $120.00 per year (required after the first 3 lessons)

Parents/Guardians authorise Peninsula Aero Club to debit the following Credit Card at the conclusion of the student’s flights and ground briefings:

This conduct of the flight activity is by Peninsula Aero Club, this activity is not supervised by the school or its staff, and instruction is provided by Peninsula Aero Club Instructors.
This enrolment form provides an agreement between Peninsula Aero Club and the parent / guardian. The school is not a party to this agreement.
Completion of this enrollment form entitles the student to 1 30-minute Trial Introductory Flight and 2 flight lessons. Should the student continue flying beyond these 3 flights they must join the Aero Club as a Financial Member.
Before each flight lesson, students must sign the Flight Authorisation Sheet accepting the Aero Clubs Hire Conditions (https://pac.asn.au/fleet/conditions-of-hire/)
All Peninsula Aero Club Instructors hold valid Working with Children certificate and are licenced and approved to operate under the Civil Aviation Safety Authority's regulations.
All aircraft operated by Peninsula Aero Club are maintained in accordance with Civil Aviation Safety Authority's regulations.
Peninsula Aero Club and aircraft owners at all times hold current public liability, third party and passenger liability insurance Certificates.
All students will be briefed / trained so they are able to abide by Peninsula Aero Club's Operations Manual and Internal Policies and Procedures (a copy of these can be requested).
Payment is required for all flight and ground lessons on the day, either via credit card details provided in this form or alternatively via EFT or cash in person.
This activity is supported by the school as part of their activity program options but is not risk assessed, conducted or supervised by the school and its staff. Parents should make additional enquires to be informed on the operators safety record, risk assessments and supervision procedures.The school can faciliate and assist with these enquiries.
