Construction:

drirelease ® offers a patented blend of 85–90% hydrophobic/ synthetic (“water-hating”) fabrics and 10–15% natural/hydrophilic (“water-loving”) fibers. This intimate combination works together to efficiently grab liquid away from the skin and push it to the outside of the fabric where it can evaporate quickly. That’s why clothing made with drirelease always feels soft and always stays dry.

Neutralizes Odors With FreshGuard

FreshGuard is an odor neutralizer that is embedded in all drirelease fabrics. It eliminates odors in garments by blocking odor-causing sebaceous body oils from attaching to the fabric – also stopping the attraction of odor-causing bacteria.

Not an anti-microbial or anti-bacterial, which attack bacteria that possess positive functions, FreshGuard is friendly to the environment. Unlike other products, which use a topical anti-microbial finish, FreshGuard is a process that is built directly into drirelease fabrics and doesn’t come out in the wash.

2.5 layer fabric with a high hydrostatic resistance (5000 mm) that is 100 percent water- and windproof. The highly breathable membrane (10000 mm) transports the humidity to the outside of the fabric.

A durable water repellent (DWR) treatment prevents the fabric from soaking up rain and liquid. This makes the cleaning much easier after your bike park session or home trail runs in bad weather conditions.

We love the look and functionality of the classic surf shorts closure system with laces. But to keep them out of the way for you bar spinning and table topping crazy dudes, we integrated a “garage� for the laces, so you can store them away from your bar-ends – safety first.

COOLMAX ®

The look and feel of cotton, but the characteristics of performance fabrics: drirelease ® dries four times faster than regular cotton. Enjoy the casual look while shredding trails.

Fabrics made of COOLMAX ® pull moisture away from your skin. It absorbs and transports the moisture to the outside of the fabric and dries very fast. The fiber structure is highly breathable and keeps the body cool as well as protects it via UV radiation with UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) 40+.

PRIMALOFT ® Primaloft ® SPORT is a premium performance insulation engineered for superior warmth, water resistance, loft, softness and compressibility. Fine fibers form tiny air pockets that trap body heat and keep the cold out. The result is immediate warmth without the bulk. Fine fibers are engineered for permanent water resistance and create tight surface tension that resists moisture penetration, resulting in an insulation that dries faster than goose down. Fine fibers mimic the compressibility of goose down and are breathable, allowing moisture vapor to be transported through the fibers and away from the skin.

Bamboo Fabrics made from bamboo fiber have natural antibacterial characteristics, high air and moisture permeability, a silky feel and very high wearing comfort. In addition the bamboo fiber can be 100% biodegraded in soil by microorganisms.

TENCEL ® The extremely eco-friendly TENCEL ® fabric is more absorbent than cotton, softer than silk and cooler than linen. TENCEL ® absorbs moisture completely as well as naturally and then releases it to the outside of fabric. Thanks the unique fibril structure, the fabrics assure the optimum transportation of moisture. In comparison to Cotton, Tencel ® absorbs moisture up to 50% faster. In consequence of the fast moisture transportation, bacteria growth on Tencel ® fibers is reduced to the minimum.

Sanitized ® is perfectly safe to your health and environment and fully complies with the strict and independent testing standards of bluesign ®, Allergy UK and Oeko-Tex 100/Class I (safe for babies).

Crotch_Lounge The ION chamy, made of sanitized ® treated COOLMAX ® fabric and SAT padding. The SAT (Shock Absorption Technology) absorbs 90% of the impact energy, for years.
