2015 1st technical seminar iligan bay (feb 2015)

2015 IIEE-IBC FIRST TECHNICAL SEMINAR The IIEE-Iligan Bay Chapter conducted its 1st Technical Seminar for 2015 on February 27, 2015 at Mar Ro’s Cocina, Quezon Ave. Ext., Iligan City. The seminar started with an invocation, followed by the singing of the national anthem, then the choral recitation of the IIEE Mission & Vision, and the joint singing of the IIEE Hymn.

The IIEE-IBC President, Engr. Eusebio P. Famador, gave his welcome address. The VP-Technical, Engr. Julius Earl C. Badelles, acknowledged then the presence of the participants. Engr. Janu Encarnacion was the first technical speaker. He discussed on Introduction to Energy Management Systems Based on ISO 50001 Framework. Product Presentation by the Firefly Electric and Lighting Corp then followed. Dr. Remegio B. Gonzales , another technical speaker, shared insights on ASEAN Registry Updates: Implications to Electrical Practitioners. Selected students from St. Peter’s College did the intermission number. Open Forum was led by Engr. Ricardo P. Virtudazo, also acted as emcee. The Immediate Past President, Engr. Michael Abong, acted as Inducting Officer to the newly elected 2015 JIIEE Officers from St. Peter’s College and Lyceum of Iligan Foundation. Engr. Nelson D. Enriquez gave the closing remarks.

Certificates were then distributed to the participants. Group picture taking then followed as souvenir. The product presenters allotted giveaways to the lucky participants.
