INVITATION FOR THE 9th IIEE-CSC REGIONAL STUDENT CONFERENCE
Greetings! The Council of Student Chapters (CSC), the national student arm of Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers of the Philippines, Inc. (IIEE), now on its 27th year, would like to invite your school to the upcoming 9th IIEE-CSC Regional Student Conference on August 22 – 24, 2013. The Council of Student Chapters (CSC) is a national organization of Electrical Engineering students with 135 affiliated schools across the country. The IIEE created the CSC to establish cooperative linkages with EE students. Through such links, the CSC hopes to identify the areas that are need to be addressed in order to enhance the standards of Electrical Engineering instruction and the quality of EE graduates. The 9th IIEE-CSC Regional Student Conference serves as the event to gather EE students from the region with an aim the talents and skill of student members and be aware of the needs for further development. It will feature the 27h IIEE-CSC Regional Quiz Show, 13th IIEE-CSC Regional Math Wizard, 15th IIEE-CSC Regional Student Congress, Most Outstanding Electrical Engineering Students and Technical Seminar. The Regional Quiz Show, now on its 27th year, focuses on different subjects such as Electrical Engineering, ESAS and Mathematics. This serves as the elimination round for the 27th IIEE National Quiz Show, which will be held on November 27-29, 2012 during 38th IIEE Annual National Convention at the Mall of Asia – SMX, Pasay City. The Regional Math Wizard, now on its 13th year, focuses on Mathematics. This also serves as the elimination round for the 13th IIEE National Math Wizard, which will be held on November 29, 2013 during the 38th IIEE Annual National Convention at the Mall of Asia – SMX, Pasay City.

The Regional Students Congress aims to unite Electrical Engineering Students all over the country, through working as a team in their respective regions. It serves as an open forum between the CSC officers and the regional members that aims to tackle the concerns encountered by the regional student chapters. Also, the Election of the new set of officers of the Regional Council of Student Chapters (RCSC) will be conducted as a part of this activity. . The Technical Seminar focuses on electrical engineering field with professional speaker. It aims to enhance the knowledge of the students in the field of Electrical Engineering.
