Greetings: The Institute of the Integrated Electrical Engineers of the Philippines, Inc. Pangasinan Chapter will be hosting the “15th IIEE Central Luzon Regional Conference” on September 20 – 21, 2013 at the Sison Auditorium, Capitol Compound, Lingayen, Pangasinan, Philippines.
