MOST OUTSTANDING EE STUDENT AWARD 2016 (MOEESA)
The Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers of the Philippines Inc. - Council of Student Chapters (IIEE-CSC) through its Training and Development Committee is introducing the Student AchEEvers Award, in search of Electrical Engineering students finest students: those with outstanding contributions, intensifying competency, passion, and remarkable excellence join the different field of endeavors. The Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers of the Philippines Inc. - Council of Student Chapters (IIEE-CSC) strongly believes that through this citation we will be able to recognize and acknowledge the best amongst our fellow Electrical Engineering students. OBJECTIVE The Student AchEEvers Award, established in honoring the competence, diligence and excellence of the Electrical Engineering Students with their compassionate ideals, and building a rich legacy as an inspiring model to their fellow students, community and country. MECHANICS 1. The Award is open to all members of the affiliated School Chapters duly recognized by the Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers of the Philippines, Inc. – Council Student Chapters (IIEE - CSC). 2. No Nomination fee is required for this Award. 3. All nominations must have sufficient documentation to allow meaningful evaluation. 4. Nomination form is available at the website: www.iieecsc.org, from the IIEE – CSC office and respective affiliated student chapters also attached to this mail. 5. The Award has four categories: 5.1 Academic Excellence – Outstanding in academics especially in the Electrical Engineering subjects and mathematics. 5.2 Leadership – Exemplary work of an individual oin the development of his/her community or organization depicting his/her commitment, conviction and dedication. 5.3 Community Service – Remarkable contributions to its community by rendering services, outreach programs and providing better opportunities and sustainable development. 5.4 Arts – Outstanding contribution of his/her passion in literature, arts and other talents. 6. 7. Properly filled up out Nomination Form and other requirements shall be compiled, enclosed in a long brown envelope and submitted to the IIEE National Headquarters at the address: enclosed on a long brown envelope. All works, accomplishments, achievements and performances must be supported by documents. 9. 10. After the initial evaluation, the nominees shall undergo final panel interview. 11. The board of judges shall be responsible for the Final Selection of the Awardees after the Final Panel Interview. 12. A maximum of three (3) Awardees nominees will be chosen as winners for each Category.

13. The decision of the Board of Judges is final and irrevocable. 14. Each awardees shall signify his/her acceptance of the award before the awarding ceremony. 15. The awards shall be presented on the 16th National Student Convention. 16. The certification of the Award and the Plaque shall be presented to each Awardees at the presentation Awarding Ceremony.

Arts · Completed Nomination form · Recommendation letter of from the Dean · Supporting documents · Composition writing of not more than 750 words to support your nomination. Note: All nominations must have sufficient documentation to allow meaningful evaluation. All supporting documents may include awards, honors, citations, commendations, and achievements received by the nominee, also, newspaper/ magazine clippings on the student nominee’s achievement, pictures and other documents, etc.
