Welcome to Wooster a.k.a. So You Made It Here After All! First of all, I would like to address all the new students whose entertaining and witty quotes brought the Baby Book to life. I am happy that you had a sense of humor and took the time to answer the goof-ball questions. I had a great time meeting you through your responses and I know that the rest of the Wooster community will enjoy reading about you as well. Next I want to thank a bunch of behind-the-scenes people who made this directory possible: Michelle and Robin at The Collier Printing Co. for putting us on the right track, John Plummer for being an awesome accounting supervisor and all around swell guy, my employers at ACS for being so cool about everything and not firing me, and Jay Wineberg for being the best housemate two women could ever want. You people are stylin'. I could go on to thank my family and close personal friends (Anya, Kirsten, Sandra) , but, since I did not win any major awards for producing this book, there is no reason that you should have to read any more random "thank you's." If I had any words of wisdom, I would offer them now, but I figure that you have heard enough advice and are ready to get fired up with the rest of us at the College of Wooster (COW). So I'll conclude by wishing you joy and luck in the 1994-95 school yearl Enjoy the 1994 Baby Book!

What is the craziest thing you've ever done? Show us that you are made of that wild Wooster material! I once shot a GAP employee ... either that or the time I tried to order a bucket of chicken from Taco Bell. Dressed up like a girl and got money stuffed in my bikini top. Dove into a four foot deep swimming pool ; broke off my two front teeth . I flew to the Dallas ai rport instead of the Dulles airport. I streaked the top of the Eiffel Tower with four of my friends. With some of my friends, a few days before graduation, we got a huge rock and dumped it in front of our high school. Then we spray painted it from the Class of '94 as an unofficial class gift. I played an intense round of strip blackjack by candlelight in my backyard with my parents right inside. When I was a little boy, I once ate ants because of curiosity. It had just rained and the rain froze. My sister and I went for a walk to the park, sliding all the way there. To make ourselves more slippery, we put trash bags on our butts like diapers. The we went on all the ice covered slides, ho ping that we'd stop before we went into the ravines. Marching with the 'junior Irish Sovereignty League," or ]ISM, made up of my high school seniors, in the Cleveland St. Patrick's Day parade. My friends and I saw this giant house with a Dj and hundreds of people outside. So we wa lked up to the house and asked so me people if they knew if Adam (we made up the name) was there. They said no but invited us to stay. By the time we left everyone knew us!! Naked snowball fight at 3 a.m. Censored. O nce my friends and I built a chain of straws. We were at a bowling al ley and our chain was 20 lanes long. We ca rried it out and people helped us. The craziest thing I've ever d one was hitchhike to Washington, D.C. \from
Ohio.) Bailed my boyfriend out o f jail afte r a conce rt. Belonging to the terro rist group behind the july 1992 bombing o f Purdue University. The clay I dressed up in a wig and little dress and pretended I was Wendy (not on Hall oween.) Me and my friends went at ll a.m. to a concert that started at 7 p.m. in order to get the best places in front of the stages. We ended up si tting 8 hours at 104 degrees outside, in front of the gate drinking alcoho l, and alcohol + sun = fermentation effect. For a talent show, I wore a mini kilt and short top and played "Like a Virgin" on my bagpipes.

What was your most embarrassing moment? We hate to drag up that unpleasant memory, but inquiring minds want to know! Being carried out of McDonald's on a stretcher d uring the lunch rush ( I slipped on the wet Ooor and twisted my knee.) Birth. I was naked around complete strangers. Blacking out during a speech about the benefits of giving blood . During my freshman year in high school, I was rolled up in a carpet during a lunch peri od . I was left roll ed up for the remainder of the day. Getting caught skinny dipping in the Dominican Republic by an advisor who took our clothes and ran . Having my bra stolen and displayed as a freshman initiation prank. I drank from a Coke can that had been left outside for a few minutes. To my surprise, I felt something on my lip and pulled off a bee after it had stung me. My lower lip swelled up like a balloon just in time for a college interview. I was at a stoplight in a car with a friend and I thought my other friend was in a car in front of me. I got out and ran to the car and tried to open the door. The little girl inside locked the door and started screaming. I felt terrible and quickl y ran back to the original car. I went on a canoe trip and had to go to the bathroom really bad . As I went on the river bank in front of about 30 people, the tour guide explained that the entire bank was poison ivy. My back was turned , by the way. Let's just say it wasn't just Oapj acks that showed up on our table at the Internati onal House of Pancakes. My best friend's mother felt my butt. My human physiology teacher asked me if I was into sadomasochism . My whole life is an embarrassment. My most embarrassing mo ment came at the Robin Hood Pub in Bermuda , wh en I excused myself of clothing to wi n the Dirty Dancing competition , only to fi nd that my friend had taken pictures. Not me, but a friend (no rea lly) , stole an infiatable life jacket from an airplane only to be greeted by several policemen at the gate- who pro mptl y slapped the cuffs on him and carted him away; the funny thing was that all his fri ends and family came to the airport to greet him. On the first day of preschool, I was very nervous and scared . I didn't want my dad to leave me so I wrapped myself around his lower leg. When !looked up I saw my dad outside waving to me. I realized that I had grabbed the leg of a complete stranger. Playing hide and go seek in fifth grade-! go t stuck in a locker. One day in seventh grade I took a nap and woke up at 7 p.m. I thought it was 7 a. m. No one was home so I thought they had alread y left and so I rode my bike to school. I was surprised when no one was there and when I asked the janito r, he said , "Whatever you've been smoking, I want some!" Then I figured it ou t. When 1 was about 10 years old , my mother , younge r brother and myself were at some restaurant. 1 was being pretty stubborn and pretty bad. By the end of d inner, after nu merous threats, my mother covered my hair with ketchup . When I was in eighth grade, I tried to talk to a friend of mine who was in the little reading room by using the PA system . Howeve r, 1 hit the wrong buttons and I ended up screaming all over my middle school, 'T yler, why won't you answer me7" The principal walked in and asked me what on ea rth I was doing. Wh en my teacher in fourth grade (who was a total dog) realized she had dated my father in high schoo l and told the whole class! What was worse, she still had a picture of him with her!! When I got a lam pshade stuck on my fmger.
