The residences feature two-tiered flat roofs with indented corners, a modern twist reveals a modern twist on the traditional Thai design element that also serves to enhance views. The infinity edged swimming pool is a feature of these residences, seamlessly connecting the ocean with the properties. The pool boasts a custom designed tile pattern, also has two glass bottomed windows which act as a feature element in the multi-purpose rooms below. Stone, wood, and other natural finishes are used throughout the development to keep everything as natural and in keeping with the surrounding landscape. The choice in materials for internal and external has been limited to ‘natural’; the basic materials found in nature, from stone to timber.
