The staff and management of Worcester Country Club is dedicated to creating your ideal event each step of the way. With our attention to detail and experience, you can feel confident in allowing us to execute your next wedding, golf outing, office meeting, birthday, anniversary, casual dinner, as well as any other gathering.

Our property provides multiple private areas indoor as well as outdoor In addition to our detailed sanitation and distancing practices, we have incorporated air filtration devices to ensure the comfort of your guests

Dress Code

Worcester Country Club is a Private Membership Club and as such, may only provide banquets and services for its Members, or Guests who are properly sponsored by Members

Appropriate dress is required at all times in the clubhouse, no denim, cut-off shorts, or tank tops are permitted at any function in the clubhouse It is the responsibility of the sponsoring member to ensure all guests follow established dress codes for the club Hats of any kind are also not allowed in the clubhouse, excluding certain events,

Cellphones

To be respectful and not to disturb others, verbal communications, audible sounds, ring tones and vibrations from celluar phones are not permitted on the golf course, in the clubhouse or the pro shop These communications are permitted in the parking lot, locker rooms, or within the fenced confines of the pool and recreation area Cellular phones may be used to communicate silently (such as surfing the web or answering emails) anywhere within club grounds

Banquet and Meeting Rooms

Several sizes of rooms and combinations of rooms are avialable for our function

Any damage to Worcester Country Club property will be the direct responsibility of the member that has contracted for the event

Decorations

Worcester Country Club will not permit affixing anything to the walls, ceiling, floors or furniture by nails, staples, or other permanent forms of securing. Tape may be permitted.

Parking

Self-parking is available at no charge Worcester Country Club assumes no liability for losses or damage to vehicles while they are on club property.

Valet parking is available at an additional charge utilizing an approved outside contractor.

Entertainment

Any entertainment for your function, either prior to, during, or following dinner or lunch, is the sole responsibility of the host/hostess unless contracted through the club.

Audio-visual equipment is available at an additional charge

Functions With 75 Or More Persons Require

Authorization By The Board Of Governors Be Sure To Allow Plenty Of Time When Booking Your Function

All Food Service For Your Function Must Be Provided By Worcester Country Club.

Any And All Bar Service At Your Function, By Law, Must Be Provided By Worcester Country Club.

All Bar Service Will Be Based Strictly On Consumption It Is Against Massachusetts State Law To Provide Alcoholic Beverages For A Fixed Price

All Food And Bar Charges At WCC Are Subject To A 22% Service Charge, And 7% Ma State Sales Tax

A Guaranteed Number Of Attendees Is Required Three Days Prior To Your Event

Menu Selections Must Be Submitted No Later Than Ten Working Days Before Your Scheduled Event

Prices May Be Guaranteed 90 Days Prior To The Scheduled Event Date

Applicable Room Charges For Use Of Space And Set-Up Will Be Incurred By The Sponsoring Member.

Your Charges Will Be Based On The Final Guarantee Or The Number Of Meals Served, Whichever Is Greater.

The Host Of The Function Will Share Responsibility In Making Sure That All Guests Consuming Alcohol Are At Least 21 Years Of Age, Do Not Become Intoxicated, And Behave In A Manner Appropriate To The Private Club Setting
