Worcester Country Club is a Private Membership Club and as such, may only provide banquets and services for its Members, or Guests who are properly sponsored by Members
Appropriate dress is required at all times in the clubhouse, no denim, cut-off shorts, or tank tops are permitted at any function in the clubhouse It is the responsibility of the sponsoring member to ensure all guests follow established dress codes for the club Hats of any kind are also not allowed in the clubhouse, excluding certain events,
To be respectful and not to disturb others, verbal communications, audible sounds, ring tones and vibrations from celluar phones are not permitted on the golf course, in the clubhouse or the pro shop These communications are permitted in the parking lot, locker rooms, or within the fenced confines of the pool and recreation area Cellular phones may be used to communicate silently (such as surfing the web or answering emails) anywhere within club grounds
Several sizes of rooms and combinations of rooms are avialable for our function
Any damage to Worcester Country Club property will be the direct responsibility of the member that has contracted for the event
Worcester Country Club will not permit affixing anything to the walls, ceiling, floors or furniture by nails, staples, or other permanent forms of securing. Tape may be permitted.
Self-parking is available at no charge Worcester Country Club assumes no liability for losses or damage to vehicles while they are on club property.
Valet parking is available at an additional charge utilizing an approved outside contractor.
Any entertainment for your function, either prior to, during, or following dinner or lunch, is the sole responsibility of the host/hostess unless contracted through the club.
Audio-visual equipment is available at an additional charge
Functions With 75 Or More Persons Require
Authorization By The Board Of Governors Be Sure To Allow Plenty Of Time When Booking Your Function
