The Hanse Plan is in full gear, currently working on holes 10-15. Some highlights and interesting info:
Hole #15 – Longtime member
Bill Abodeely mentioned to us that there was storied to be a tee constructed for the 1925 open. We could not identify this on any historical photos, but when the construction crew began removing turn for the renovation of the existing tee box, they found the original soil with the exact dimensions of the tee box intact! Although this was not in the plan to reconstruct this tee, the decision was made to restore it as it is an important part of history.

Hole #11 – In the process of restoring the approach bunker on the right side of the hole, the original outline and sand from 111 years ago was discovered, allowing the bunker to be restored to virtually the exact location and depth of the original bunker.
Thank you for staying out of the construction area. The crew has been able to take advantage of the good weather and get ahead of schedule.

The new carpet installation has begun with the Tee Room, Grill Room and Front Hallway completed. A reminder that the Ryder Cup Room carpet will be installed on September 5-9 and the entry way under the Green Canopy will be closed.
Locker Room and Dining access will be through the side and back of the clubhouse.
Keep in mind the Clubhouse and Restaurant will remain open with normal hours through construction.
Don’t let the limited golf availability stop you from using the club.
The Pool, Pickle Ball courts, Bowling and dining are all available.
Fall is a great time to host a party at the club!
Colors changing make for perfect pictures and great memories. From Business meetings to Birthday parties, our event planning staff will make your party special. We're replacing the carpets!
We will be replacing the carpets in the front entryway and also in the Ryder Cup Room starting Tuesday, September 5th.
As a result, entry from the green canopy will be closed from Tuesday, September 5- Friday, September 8
For dining on Friday, September 8, please enter through the front entry by the flagpole, or from the patio by the 18th Green.
Please enter the men's locker room from the basement door on Friday the 8th and Saturday morning the 9th.
