WORCESTER CC WEEKLY A Worcester Country Club Communication

1914 First Match

POOL NEWS Worcester Country Club is offering campers and all members swim lessons and swim team access M-F 8am-9am at the pool prior to camp start at 9am. Swim lessons are $50.00/week/student. Swim team begins 6/20/2022 and runs a full 8 weeks through 8/12/22. The cost is $270.00/members or $320.00/members guest. We are working towards having competitions for all team members like last season. We look forward to building important swimming skills for our members and their guests!

IT ONLY TAKES A MOMENT! A child or weak swimmer can drown in the time it takes to reply to a text, check a fishing line or apply sunscreen - in as little as an inch of water. Worcester Country Club believes that by working together to improve water competency through swimming skills that water activities can be safer and more enjoyable for everyone. All questions should be directed to John Beahn on the pool deck, or at beahnj@worcestercc.org

With the steady rise in popularity of low abv/nonalcoholic beer, and much interest in this particular brewery, I am happy to present to you - Athletic Brewing Co. First up, one of their first launch brews from 2018; Run Wild IPA. Run Wild is the ultimate crushable IPA for craft beer lovers. Brewed with a blend of five Northwest hops, it has an approachable bitterness that balances the special malt body. Run Wild pours a rich amber with slight haze and has tasting notes of roasted orange, hints of passionfruit and barley. Always refreshing and only 70 calories. Rather than remove alcohol from a standard-strength brew, Athletic uses a propriety production method that creates beer that is ultralow in alcohol from the off. Made to enjoy...as many as you want! Cheers!
