Dear Fellow WCC Member: The historic and nationally renowned Worcester Country Club tradition of the 46th Lori Lajoie Charity Golf Tournament continues Monday, August 23. The Lajoie benefits Seven Hills Foundation & Affiliates, our community’s most comprehensive provider of services for children and adults with significant life challenges, supporting over 5,000- individuals and their families here in greater Worcester in their quest to BeWell. Although we are emerging from the Covid crisis, the world is now faced with long-term mental health effects - especially on our children. Social isolation, loss of routine, food insecurity, and family stability are all taking a toll on people’s health. Seven Hills has answered our community’s call to action by creating Seven Hills Behavioral Health, a collective network of clinical services, to expand access throughout central Massachusetts. Each year, our WCC Membership commits to the Tournament’s success so that our most vulnerable children and adults receive the support and care they need to BeWell. Our partners at Seven Hills have kept their vital services accessible through the pandemic over the last 18 months, with staff putting their well-being second to the needs of those in their care. They now look to all of us, the WCC Membership, to support their efforts as we emerge stronger, together. You can support this year’s Lajoie Tournament through various ways: • Golfing as a foursome, twosome, or individual golfer • Becoming a tournament and hole sponsor, teeing off with your own twosome or foursome • Donating items for the silent and live auctions • Joining us for dinner and the auctions on August 23 • Bidding generously in the auctions through our secure mobile bidding platform On behalf of the entire WCC Tournament Committee, we respectfully ask that you participate in the 46th Annual Lori Lajoie Charity Golf Tournament! Your next step is to complete the registration form attached or visit the website at: https:// www.sevenhills.org/ll2021 to make direct donations. You can also learn more about the event by perusing the attached brochure. Thank you in advance for your participation! We look forward to seeing you on August 23. Warmest regards,
