WCC CLUBHOUSE UPDATE It is so nice to see members back in the Dining Room again after our January break! We have been extremely busy with take-out orders and members coming into the club to dine. Chef’s new menu and the food quality have been well received in our first week of service. As more and more of our members are being vaccinated for the Covid virus, there is light at the end of the tunnel and there is a very optimistic outlook for returning back to normal in the near future. With that in mind, we need to remain vigilant on containing the spread of this disease. Masks are required in the clubhouse at all times, except when sitting at your table. It is easy to stop at a table to say hello to friends you have not seen in months, but please respect your fellow members and staff by wearing a mask and social distancing. A reminder that those members last names beginning with A-L have from February 1 to March 15 to use the monthly Food & Beverage minimum. M-Z will expire on February 28. Summer Camp with KE Camps! Dear Families, We are thrilled to announce Camp WCC for Summer 2021! KE Camps exclusively runs summer camps at private country clubs, and we are thrilled to be partnering with Worcester Country Club to provide the highest quality camp experience for your children. KE Camps, while large in scope with over 150 camps in 34 states, is a family-owned operation. Since 2010, we have been bringing a traditionallyinspired summer camp experience to the private club setting. Having grown up attending camp and now devoting our careers to it, the entire KE Camps team is passionate about camp and strongly believe it is the best place for a child to spend the summer. The confidence, self-awareness, friendships and joy children gain at camp are impossible to match. Camp WCC will offer children ages 5 to 11 the opportunity to experience a variety of exciting and innovative programs within the familiar, safe, and beautiful environment of the club. The small group size will provide a feeling of family for every camper. Each week’s activity schedule will include a combination of Arts & Crafts, Fun with Foods, STEM Activities, Team Building, Super Science, Group Games, a Weekly Community Service Project and Wacky Wednesday theme days. In addition, the club's pros will provide campers with recreational golf instruction two times a week. Full day campers will have approximately one hour of recreational swimming each day. We are committed to providing a dynamic camp schedule, where campers will participate in a combination of athletic, educational, and creative activities – all while thriving in a supportive and encouraging environment. Beyond the activities we offer, we believe that a child's opportunity for personal growth is a key element in what makes camp so special! Our Camper Value System of S.M.I.L.E. will be implemented consistently throughout the summer.


Enrollment is flexible, so campers may join for as many weekly sessions, half day or full day, as they’d like! Enrollment is currently open to Club Members and will also open to Guests on April 1. At KE Camps, we pride ourselves on hiring a staff team with a strong passion for working with children in a camp setting. It is the goal of the camp director and counselors to make every camper feel welcome, successful, and cared for each and every day. With a maximum 1 to 6 staff to camper ratio, you can be confident that your child is fully supervised by a team of qualified professionals, all of whom will have undergone an extensive interview and training process. Staff members will come from the local area and will look forward to getting to know you and your child this summer (more information to follow as we get closer to the start of camp)! Of course, we want to be sure that any questions you have regarding camp will be answered in a quick, friendly and informative manner. Someone at the KE Camps office will always be available to answer your call or email (you can even chat with our team live via our website). During the summer months, our office hours will be extended so that any camprelated questions or concerns can be addressed as quickly as possible. We will dedicate a page of our website specifically to Camp WCC. This will be a perfect place to access all the details about camp. Enrollment and billing will be taken care of through KE Camps directly. We look forward to a wonderfully memorable camp season and to many future camp seasons to come. Weekly Tuition for Club Members: Half Day, $205 Full Day, $275 On April 1, enrollment will also open to Guests: Half Day, $245 . Full Day, $300 A one-time non-refundable $40 registration fee includes two camp t-shirts. Camp will be closed the week of July 26.
