Japanese Whisky

From major distiller, Suntory, in Osaka, Japan - this clear gold spirit features aromas of basil, green apple, and honey. On the palate it highlights grapefruit, more green apples, peppermint, and thyme. Finishes subtly sweet and spicy with a hint of vanilla oak, white pepper, and ginger. Smooth and versatile overall, and a great addition to our whiskey flight lineup.

Maple Bourbon

From Litchfield Distillery in Litchfield, CT a local sugar maker ages their craft maple syrup in the distillery's retired bourbon barrels. After the syrup is produced, the barrels return to Litchfield, where they are promptly refilled with Straight Bourbon. The result is a smooth bourbon that highlights the maple’s sweet and complex character. Try this fun whiskey in a flight line up, or enjoy one as an after dinner treat.

Weekly Tuition for Club Members: Half Day, $205 Full Day, $275 On April 1, enrollment will also open to Guests: Half Day, $245 . Full Day, $300 A one-time non-refundable $40 registration fee includes two camp t-shirts. Camp will be closed the week of July 26.
