New Accounting System Jonas Encore The Club is upgrading our administrative & accounting systems. Our new accounting system, Jonas Encore will be active beginning Friday, May 1st, 2020. How does this effect the membership? We are cutting over our current system to our new system, Jonas Encore on Thursday, April 30, 2020. All payments received and charges to your account will be processed through noon on Thursday, April 30, 2020 to facilitate moving to our new system. Your statement for April 2020 will be processed one last time on our current system on April 30th. All payments received after noon on Thursday, April 30th will be processed on Friday, May 1st on our new Jonas Encore system. We will of course give you credit for any late charges you may incur during the transition. Please give our accounting office a call or send an email if you have any questions or concerns.
