Opportunity: 10 Coaches for the Swiss Talent Forum 2014 The Swiss Talent Forum (STF) is a politically independent Think Tank for young adults who are committed to the global and long-term challenges of our time. At the Swiss Talent Forum, young people get together with experts and high-profile personalities from business, science, society and politics to discuss potential solutions to the issues tabled for discussion. The topic of the first STF in January 2009 was «The Energy Challenge», and in 2011 «The Future of Health». In 2014, the third forum will be looking at «The Future of Work». From January 26 to 29, 70 young adults from all of Europe will gather in Thun, Switzerland, to develop thought provoking and novel ideas for the future of work. The Head Coach of the event is Nadja Schnetzler, founder of BrainStore and now a free consultant in innovation, communication and team collaboration, who is designing the idea generation process for 10 different groups for the entire forum. The head coach will be working closely with 10 coaches who will guide the groups through the process, ensuring a high quality of results, ongoing documentation and summaries as well as a unique experience for the participants.
Who are we looking for? We are looking for the following qualities in the coaches: 1. You have experience working with groups 2. You are interested in learning and using a structured innovation process 3. You are fluent in English 4. You are an outgoing, motivated person, a team player and used to working under pressure

5. You have at least some basic experience with blogging and are a skilled social media user 6. You are between 25 and 33 years old 7. You have experience with multicultural teams / settings
What will be your responsibilities? Coaches will participate in a one day training and planning day in December or early January, have a two hour session with the Head Coach before the event and then attend the Forum from January 26 to 29 in Thun. Your role during the event will be to guide one group through a structured innovation process, to help the team collaborate in a self-organized way, to summarize results with the team and to exchange experiences, learnings and challenges with the other coaches.
What do we offer? We offer a unique experience to expand your skillset as a facilitator and coach, to learn and use a structured innovation process and to work with motivated and skilled young people. The compensation for the whole package described above is CHF 2'000.— per coach plus room and board at the hotel where the event is taking place.
