Returns/Exchanges/Credits
All damages, shortages, exchanges and/or returns on merchandise must be reported within 7 business days from date received. For all approved returns of damaged or defective products Palmetto Shirt Co. will pay for all shipping costs. Credits will be issued to your Palmetto Shirt Co. account only. Please allow 7 business days for credit to be applied to your account. Returned merchandise must be in sellable condition or a credit may not be applied. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise.
Refused Shipments
On ALL refused shipments, customer is responsible for freight charges. A bill for freight will be mailed to the billing address on the account. Back orders under $30 will be canceled
