Tell us a little about the background of your firm?
Elliotts Home Improvements Ltd is a professional building company based in Great Missenden. We specialise in all types of building work. We can provide small renovations to the complete building package. We provide high quality workmanship by using a well trained and highly experienced team, this allows us to offer you the complete service finished to the highest standard and more importantly on time. Elliott Home Improvements Ltd has a long and trusted relationship with all of its suppliers. All our tradesmen are CIS registered and insurance checked and we hold full building insurance including Contractors All Risk.
What type of projects have you been working on recently?
We have recently completed a two storey extension with Anthracite Bi-folds and Windows in Penn, complete with a New Kitchen and 4 Renovated Bathrooms.
Do you work with investors and landlords?
Yes we're happy to work with clients who need jobs large or small. Landlords may require us to get a property ready to let out to get the best rental yield and investors may need us to transform an entire house to add significant value. Either way we can help.
Looking back, is there a job that you are most proud of?
One particular project I am proud of is where we removed the conservatory from a traditional building, and added a render modern extension with Crittal style windows but still kept the traditional kitchen and feel inside, a little bit of both the traditional and modern take on things. We receive such wonderful praise from our clients from Ben initial visit and after completion.

Are you happy to give appraisals to property buyers before they buy?
Yes we are happy to give appraisals, some structural final designs may be required but we are happy to give our initial view.
