Looking back, is there a job that you are most proud of?

I am proud of all my jobs as they are all so different but one house design where I used intricate detailing and design was a fulfilling experience that ignited my passion for craftsmanship. The creativity process was immensely satisfying and seeing the transformation unfold brought me great joy. Even after 10 years, the clients still express their happiness which serves as a constant reminder of the impact of my work. Their continued appreciation fuels my dedication to excellence in every project I undertake, reinforcing the lasting impression of a job well done and the enduring relationships built through shared vision and exceptional craftsmanship.

Are you happy to give appraisals to Hamptons clients before they exchange?

As a professional providing appraisals to Hampton clients before property exchanges, I am happy in aiding clients in making basic decisions. However, it is crucial to establish a clear policy concerning design appraisals to ensure consistency and fairness. What's hot at the moment in interiors?

While neutral and minimalistic colour schemes were popular recently, we have seen a change towards rich dark colours and earthy tones in 2024. Deep greens, blues and even black will make a statement in interior design, adding drama and sophistication to any space. When paired with metallic accents like gold or brass these dark colours can create a striking contrast and elevate the overall aesthetic.
