Workforce South Pacific Limited (WFSP), previously registered as South Pacific Workforce Pty Ltd in Australia, is a privately owned company that was established and registered in Papua New Guinea (PNG) in 2010. WFSP provides specialist relining maintenance services for Sag Mills and Ball Mills along with crusher and apron feeder rebuilds. The company also provides maintenance and servicing on a wide range of fixed plant such as pump change outs and repairs, valve change outs and structural repairs. WFSP also provides rubber relining and re-coating on all other high wear process plant including flotation tanks and structures. WFSP employs an industry-skilled workforce with most employees having a minimum of 5 years and supervisors having an average of 10 years mining industry experience. All WFSP reline work crews undergo specific training in the safe and effective use and maintenance of all reline related tools and equipment including liner handlers. GRINDING CIRCUIT EXPERTISE

In partnership with strategic alliances, WFSP has expert knowledge across the grinding comminution circuits for mining operations. This provides WFSP with superior service capabilities to support our clients’ grinding circuits. CRUSHING CIRCUIT EXPERTISE

WFSP has developed partnerships with other specialist contractor companies to provide our clients with a full range of EPC, EPCM (engineering, procurement, and construction management) capabilities across design, installation, shut down, overhaul and regular servicing operations. Strategic Management Approach WFSP adopts an asset management and quality assurance approach to assist clients develop well-planned crusher preventative maintenance programs. The strategic benefits of this approach ensures less wear and tear, change-outs and lowering of operating costs per tonne of aggregate crushed. Crusher maintenance, repairs and overhauls WFSP teams with clients to implement comprehensive asset management programs including general scheduled maintenance as well as undertake required repair and overhaul services (removals/installations).

Crusher rebuilding and hard-facing WFSP also provides specialised welding maintenance services. WFSP observes industry standards for monitoring of wear, warpage and employ applicable alloy selection, to assist clients economically maintain their crushers. Maintaining feeders WFSPs also provides a complete range of feeder plant maintenance and repairs across the crushing circuit. Workforce South Pacific also places extra management focus on our HSE compliance obligations and have an established HSE team that cross-manages HSE obligations for the entire SBU.

MINING CONSTRUCTION

Workforce South Pacific (WFSP) has developed strategic partnerships to enable its’ Mining Construction Unit to provide clients with complete EPC, EPCM (engineering, procurement, and construction management) project services capability. Quarry plant installation -WFSP provides Contractor, D&C (Design and Construct) and/or EPC, EPCM services. We also provide labor supply across all phases of the project. OUR PROJECTS Nebiri Quarry Crush Installation (Mar-Dec’14) WFSP has been engaged by the principle contractor/EPC and electrical sub-contractor to provide skilled trades labour for the erection of steelworks, conveyor systems, electrification and installation and of the new crusher and screening system for Monier’s high capacity hard rock quarry located at Nebiri Quarry, outside Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. WFSP is able to provide a full range of modular kit constructed office and accommodation facilities, designed to client’s specifications and fully installed on site. This includes procurement, supply and installation of worker accommodation blocks tailored to design, showers, toilets, kitchen, laundry and office facilities. WFSP provides through its’ construction crews and Lanco teams, all site laydown, workshop sheds, landscaping and concrete paving works.

GENERAL CIVIL CONSTRUCTION Land development projects WFSP has also successfully delivered large-scale land and associated facilities developments projects. This includes project design/management, land and site excavation and leveling works, site drainage and service works, access roads and laydown works, all site facilities design and construction, plumbing, electrical installations, water and power infrastructure design and installations. Workforce South Pacific (WFSP) has a labour hire business unit and plant (trucks) to support its’ mining and construction clients throughout Papua New Guinea and South East Asia. WFSP employs senior supervisors, specialist mining maintenance and general construction labour. All personnel are trade qualified and OHS compliant for both national and local industry standards. All expat personnel have an average ten years mining and general industry experience. National personnel all have a minimum five and year’s industry experience (mining and construction). WFSP provided construction support through mechanical, electrical, expat project manager, national supervisor, a safety officer and site administration personnel. Civil Construction Greenfield land development (Nov’13 - Jun’14) WFSP provided full range of EPC services to client to develop this greenfield project including site design, land excavations, infrastructure installations and facilities construction. WFSP internally manned this project with expat project manager, national supervisor, builders, electricians, plumbers, concreters, a safety officer, trades and administration personnel.
