Now-a-days the main barrier to have an attractive body is excess body fat. These mainly caused by wrong eating habit, lack of exercise. Many of us want an attractive figure without concerning about eating habit. We forget about our health when we come around a tasty and spicy food. There are also other factors. Excess body fat for both man and woman accumulate around belly, waist, and thighs. So we have to choose a diet that will limit the amount of fat, sugar and carbs we consume.
