Some exercising tips for beginners Everyones body differs from the other person. So they require different exercising technics to meet personal fitness. It’s very confusing for beginners to decide what fitness exercise to carry out? How to perform? Which is the best home gym? Or exercise at home is better or go to any gymnasium is better? If want to purchase fitness equipment which one is better? How to select an exercising machine within budget? It’s very simple to raise this question. Here some recommendations are provided for beginners:

Firstly, make some time for every day routine work. Make a plan. Fully devoted at that time in exercise. Make sure it must be regular. Start with a simple exercise. Then gradually enter into the major exercise. At first you can buy cheap fitness equipment for exercise. Be sure of its quality and safety. It must not cause any injury while exercising.


Start with minimal time. Gradually increase it. For example, in the first week walking for 15 minutes or jogging for 15 minutes. Next week will add some extra minutes. Sometime regularly workout seems boring. So find out a motivator. It may be your spouse, children, friend or colleague. He or she may be your exercise companion. Choose some exercise that is enjoyable to you. Like gardening, playing with your pet, sports, etc. changing exercise types help to avoid boredom. Many people think that before starting exercise you must buy exercise machine. But it is not urgent. You can start exercising without any equipment. Walking, running, dancing, jogging, playing, biking, swimming are the best exercise for beginner. Sometimes wrong exercise may cause discomfort of your body. Like pain or pressure in the left or middle part of chest, muscle cramps, sharp pain in joints, ankles, bones and feet. Then immediately stop that exercise. For strength training, the use of weights alone is not enough but also one’s diet, clothing, available space for exercise is important. If you want to exercise at gym be sure that your trainer or instructor is well certified by a reputable or a national certification agency. Feel free to tell your limitations and medical conditions to your personal trainer who works with you. In order to get a perfect body nutrition plan, eating well, physical activity, selfcontrol, etc. is very much important. Don’t become puzzled or don’t make things complex for better result.
