ith the many participants involved in the typical facility project
(developers, architects, designers, movers, vendors, technology
partners, etc.), we knew that someone needed to bring a little clarity to a very
complex process. And recognizing our industry’s vernacular is unique and often
confusing, we wanted to provide our clients with a tool that we hope will create
a climate of understanding and high expectation.

dirtt 1. Easy to reconfigure – this means less down time for your employees.
2. Focus on Legacy Design – This means each and every generation of Frames and tiles will connect to the previous models.
3. Office Aesthetics can be quickly changed to meet design requirements. DIRTT walls are designed to grow with you. As your design needs change you can simply replace tiles with different colors or materials i.e. wood veneer or back painted glass tiles. There is no need to replace the frame.
4. Power of ICE Software – Means Design changes to wall dimensions and finishes can be made on the spot and you’ll immediately get corrected numbers.
a. As of the end of March you’ll be able to drop in Knoll furniture and adjust features and finishes right in front of you.
b. The bar coding system within ICE also allows you to easily inventory items

design Once the sales person has assisted the client in the selection of product, the design team begins their process.
A member of the design team is given floor plans, product details, and parameters for each project they are assigned to.
With this information, a space plan is configured, and product is drawn into the floor plan.
It is the designers job to create a visual representation of the project, and to specify each part and piece that will create a functioning space for the client. Visuals include floor plans, 3D line drawings, and 3D renderings.
