Facebook Inspirational Quotes Problems are the doors to opportunities! Do you understand this quote? Do you believe that a problem is actually an opportunity? Do we really believe that problems are opportunities in disguise? No matter what you think there are a growing number of Facebook pages that are littered with Facebook Inspirational Quotes and Facebook Inspirational Status updates. What is the point? I recently did a little experiment. I took a quote that appeared on Robert Kiyosaki’s Facebook Fan page and repeated it verbatim on my own Facebook Fan page. I did it mainly to try and gauge if Facebook Inspirational Quotes actually impacted people and made them comment and engage. The results, not surprisingly are very lopsided. In the left corner with a global fortune of millions, several bestselling money books and a man credited for influencing millions of entrepreneurs Mr Robert Kiyosaki – 9,421 people liked and 1,126 shared. In the ‘other’ corner with a global Facebook reach of 600 and no real influence (yet I may add) to speak of – 3 likes and no shares.
Facebook Inspirational Quotes – Who Is Really Inspired? How can the exact same Facebook Inspirational Quotes have such contrasting results on different Fan pages and is it really just a whole lot of ‘fluffy’ nonsense? Firstly let’s discuss why people post Facebook Inspirational Quotes to their pages. In some instances there is an obvious reason to do this in that the fan page is actually all about Facebook Inspirational Quotes! Or if it’s directly impacting what the page or group is all about. For example, there could be a post of Winston Churchill’s “We shall fight them on the beaches” on a World War 2 Facebook page. The bottom line is Facebook Inspirational Quotes should resonate with its intended audience and have an immediate impact. Far too often however the reasons, in my opinion, for posting Facebook Inspirational Quotes are lost on just creating noise or content to plug gaps. Gurus can get away with it
because they can post anything and generally get responses from their followers even when those followers have no idea what they are ‘liking’ or commenting on. We are also taught by Facebook Marketing Experts to interact with ‘bigger’ Fan Pages in order to grow our own audience and I personally can see this as a useful strategy to engage and create conversation but simply liking Facebook Inspirational Quotes is not going to enhance people’s desires to engage with me. I am not having a go at Robert Kiyosaki for posting what he posts. He is a shrewd business man and by getting all those people to engage in his Fan Page he is creating an enormous social presence. And to him all these Facebook Inspirational Quotes have real deep meaning. He really believes that a problem is an opportunity! Personally I could do with a few less problems. He understands what is required to turn a problem into an opportunity; I can see how this works but only when I slow myself down and really think about it.
Facebook Inspirational Quotes What I would really like is for more people to have an opinion of their own. Understand what really motivates you and pursue that. You cannot tell me that random Facebook Inspirational Quotes make you feel infinitely better and inspire you into action. Also realise that by simply clicking a button and liking someone’s post does not make you feel better or inspired! What it’s really doing is growing the audience of the person who posted it. I think far too many people do not believe in their own abilities and think by aligning themselves with gurus they are automatically going to achieve success. Facebook Inspirational Quotes can be used in a positive way but for far too many of us it’s really just a load of ‘fluffy’ nonsense. Together we can achieve more,
