WHERE & HOW DID YOU BOTH MEET?

Our love story began at Phodi’s cousin's wedding in the United Kingdom. Born and raised in the United States, I visited England that summer for the wedding. Phodi’s cousin and I met at a study abroad and became best of friends, and I was one of her bridesmaids. At the wedding, we both spotted each other and started asking some of the family about each other. Phodi came up to me at the end of the ceremony to introduce himself, so we spoke a few words, and that was it. The next day we both went on Instagram to find one another, and from there, we started talking every day. We both started to travel back and forth between the United States and England any chance we could get. We dated long-distance for two years before I moved to England to live together. A year later, Phodi proposed, and we are happily married with a baby on the way and moving into our first place we bought together.
