At Atmosphere Resorts & Spa, the core belief is that establishing a balance between a healthy mind, body and spirit is the key to successful healthy living. The luxurious “The Sanctuary Spa” is set in a magical secret garden where five treatment pavilions nestle discreetly among running waterfalls, ponds and tropical plants. Each pavilion has two treatment tables and its own unique bathroom. Also present in the Spa is a heated pool for Watsu (water shiatsu) treatments, a Wichy shower and a pavilion for hand and foot treatments. The central Shala is The Sanctuary’s relaxation and reception area where you can recline and read a book to escape the mid-day sun. The Sanctuary believe in promoting both physical and mental relaxation as well as energizing.

The Sanctuary offers a variety of treatments such as a dozen different massages, natural facials, scrubs and wraps, healing baths, foot and hand treatments, children’s spa services etc. The Fitness Centre offers a wide variety of yoga, meditation, fitness and cycling activities both in groups and on an individual basis.
