Short for ‘Simple Table Alléno Yannick,’ STAY, situated on the 81st floor of Lotte World Tower, offers breath-taking panoramas of Seoul and a classic Haussmannian décor.

Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, the menu offers a wide range of dishes drawn from the tradition of great French cuisine. STAY Seoul’s Pastry Library offers its own range of delights for diners.

STAY is run by chef Yannick Alléno, who is also operating two 3-star Michelin restaurants in France - Alleno Paris au Pavillion Ledoyen in Paris and Le 1947 in Courchevel – is also named as Chef of the year by the French and Moroccan Gault&Millau guides. He brings a creative blend of modern French cuisine to the restaurant.
