Half of the hotel’s 114 rooms and 30 suites offer a view of the Rhône river, while others overlook listed historic courtyards.
Under its 32-metre vaulted ceiling, the stunning great dome houses the impressive Le Dôme bar, where guests and locals mingle and the drinks menu offers imaginative drinks.
On the ground floor, Epona restaurant accommodates guests indoors and on its outdoor terrace for all the world like a quiet cloister. In the kitchen, young Chef Mathieu Charrois opts for a menu with a predominantly local flavours.
