The elegant but comfortable dining space, which overlooks the hotel lobby, includes private dining areas for more secluded and romantic meals, with the white and burgundy-coloured décor, chandeliers and Italian-themed artwork on the walls tailored for a relaxed fine dining experience.

The wide selection of exquisite dishes on offer is cooked from the heart. Highlights include mouth-watering mushroom and asparagus tortellini with green pea coulis, succulent veal tenderloin, Mekong lobster and white onion puree, Pizza della Nonna topped with salami, grilled eggplant, goats’ cheese, mozzarella, artichoke, Kalamata olives, tomato and basil, and the indulgent Cioccolato – hot chocolate fondant with pistachio ice cream and vanilla sauce.
