The cuisine, entrusted to Chef Andrea Impero, features authentic flavors and Umbrian specialties and is based on prime, strictly seasonal ingredients entirely from Umbrian and local producers. The products are sourced directly in the production area, with direct contact between the Chef and the trusted producer. From breakfast to dinner, each dish is freshly prepared through the rediscovery of cooking techniques from long ago.

The new and exclusive Gourmet restaurant “Elementi Fine Dining” promises a unique culinary experience with its degustation menus. The precious Enoteca wine cellar holds over 250 premium labels, including local, regional, Italian and international wines.
