Rosa Malacca is a small designer lifestyle hotel with a “STAY EAT and SHOP’ concept, located at Malaysia’s oldest historical street called Jalan Parameswara, in the UNESCO World Heritage City, Melaka.

Inspired by a rustic industrial loft design, focused on utilizing raw materials, clay bricks and cement rendering, recycled aged woods, exposed support beams, visible ductwork and pipes that are treated with matte coating to achieve the aged and unpolished effect, without compromising the nature’s elements. It features an indoor courtyard with six storeys of high glass walls and ceiling with a large greenery landscape centerpiece. It is a new way of travelling where comfort and affordability is not sacrificed.
