Originally conceived by hospitality trailblazer Michael Greco, along Italy’s Amalfi Coast, Fia opened its doors in August of 2019, featuring a menu highlighting California and Italian Coastal Cuisine.

The Michelin recognized restaurant features the freshest seasonal ingredients from around the globe, for a constantly evolving, but always spectacular experience. Whether you are craving a Fia staple, like their handmade Cavatelli with seasonal truffles, or the freshest grilled meat or fish, or a salad tossed table side, by the ultra-talented team, Fia aims to please.

Mesa Madrid is located in the heart of Zürich, the restaurant, led by Carlos Alberto Alonso and Esmeralda Alonso, offers a unique Spanish dining experience. Carlos, a most experienced Sommelier with an internationally recognized diploma, offers an exclusive selection of wines from Spain, while the cuisine stands out for its seasonal ingredients.

The tasting menu blends traditional Spanish culinary roots with modern touches, delivering authentic flavors that keep the essence of Spanish gastronomy alive. This commitment to quality has earned Mesa Madrid the “Restaurant from Spain” certification, which guarantees that most of the products, from wines to meats, are of Spanish origin.

Inspired by the treasures of Alpine nature and Mediterranean influence.

Chef Christian Bertogna’s cuisine will delight you with its authenticity and originality. The 1913 is the perfect place to share an intimate moment with your loved ones all while being in the convivial atmosphere of the Villars Palace.

After one season, this signature restaurant obtained the excellent grade of 16 out of 20 from Gault & Millau. With its authentic yet refined cuisine, 1913 has now become a must in Villars-sur-Ollon. Guests will be tempted by the signature dish: the spit roast, selected daily by the chef.

In the heart of Château Saint-Martin & Spa, the Michelin-starred restaurant “Le Saint-Martin” offers refined gastronomy.

Bell’s Steakhouse GmbH

Aschheim - GERMANY

Bell’s Steakhouse & Burgers in Aschheim offers you prime steak and meat dishes. Upon request the team serves you their regional and international steaks from the in-house dry aging fridge, which gives their steaks an irresistibly tender, buttery and nutty taste. They pride themselves in providing you with excellent meat quality. Bell’s Steakhouse & Burgers exclusively offers regional ox beef sourced from the municipal Karlshof estate, which supplies the Ochsenbraterei tent during Oktoberfest.

Their steaks are barbecued on point and to perfection at 800 degrees in the Southbend Beefer. This makes Bell’s Steakhouse & Burgers one of only two restaurants in Munich that are equipped with this technology.

The restaurant also offers you private booths where you can focus all your senses on your dish whilst enjoying the comfort and ambience of the restaurant.

In addition to juicy steaks and burgers they are happy to serve you with regional ingredients, a variety of side dishes, classical meat and fish dishes as well as vegetarian alternatives. From Chili con Carne to pasta and fresh salads, they offer the right dish for every taste.

Anan means, “eat, eat” located in Chợ Cũ along Ton That Dam Street, a wet market in the heart of bustling Saigon.

Chef Peter elevates street food and traditional dishes towards a fine dining experience using fresh local ingredients, incorporating French culinary techniques, all while retaining the essential flavors at the heart of Vietnamese cuisine. The Anan Experience can be found in an iconic “tube house” a tall, thin building that typifies modern Vietnamese architecture.

Upstairs from Anan, on 2F, is the cocktail bar Nhau Nhau. The name means “drink, drink” a tribute to Vietnam’s culture of after work drinking and eating. And above that, is Pot Au Phở noodle bar, “Setting new standards for Vietnam’s beloved noodle soup”.

Before and after visits to any of the venues, guests can transition to the building’s Rooftop Dining Bar and take in the breathtaking views of the city center.

The FABER journey naturally begins in the early mornings when the chefs can be seen harvesting vegetables, fruits and herbs from the Avondale Organic Garden. The use of the Avondale Garden ensures ingredients are fresh and seasonal.
