Club’s and Jamaica’s heritage. Here you will find our Great House restaurant and the Great House Bar. Dinner is served at the Great House restaurant and guests can choose to dine by candlelight outside on the terrace overlooking the bay and the distant twinkling lights of Montego Bay or inside on the veranda or in the dining room. The views are spectacular with an exceptionally wide panaorama of the ocean and spectacular sunsets to the west. The menu is inspired by the natural bounty grown and reared in Jamaica including the produce grown in our organic garden and given unique nuances of international flavours. during the winter season enjoy live jazz and Bossa nova performances. Each aernoon at four o’clock, complimentary aernoon tea is served on the veranda and terrace. This has been an established ritual at the Tryall Club since the 1930’s when Ida DeLisser presided over the silver tea service refreshing the palates of visitors and holidaymakers. A fine, hand selected range of teas is available sourced from tea plantations across the world together with finger sandwiches and various cakes. The Great House Bar is a great place to meet for pre-dinner drinks. Whether inside or outside on the terrace there are fabulous views out to sea. A comprehensive range of cocktails is available as well as premium Jamaican rum including various
vintages from the Appleton Estate and the incomparable Blackwell rum with its hints of coconut and spice. Throughout the year, we arrange art exhibitions at the Great House showcasing the work of both established as well as prominent young Jamaican artists. These works are available to purchase and we are able to arrange shipping for larger items.
