Becauseofitsverynature,the aviationsectorwasoneofthemost impactedduringtheepidemic.The effectofsomanyairplanesbeing groundedandthefeartotravelwas terribleontheindustry.Oneofthe difficulties,accordingtoLindsey, wastojusthaveagoodattitudeabout thingssince,forawhile,everyone's moodswerealittlegloomyduetoall thelayoffsandgroundedaircraft.The freightmarketwasflourishing,and theTPAerospaceteamwasableto supportthesurgeandkeepourcargo operatorsflyinganddelivering goods.Lindseyrecalls, "We were able to shift our focus to the cargo airliners, and provide that level of support that they needed to make sure medical supplies were getting distributed. You know, everyone was ordering from Amazon, or other online venues at that time because we were all home so the freighter market was essential." Shefurther adds, "It was rewarding to know that we took part in ensuring products and supplies were flowing and supply chain didn't come to a halt during that time.”

until2003.Itwasannouncedtoallthe islandrestaurants(over200intotal)to participateinacurrycompetition. Amy'sThaiRestaurantwasincludedin thiscompetition.Iwasthewinnerof theNationalCurryCompetition2003 andalsoachievedsecondplaceinthe NorthWestRegion.
Thiscompetition(NorthWest)in ManchesterwassupportedbytheIsle ofMangovernmentandtheysentme thereontheirbehalf.Iwassupposedto beawinner.Itwasveryhecticdueto lossofstuffandingredients,withno timetosetupanicetablefor presentingfoodcomparedtothe winner.Theirtablewaspresentedlike a5starrestaurant,forAmy'sitwas likeacanteen,butmyfoodwas brilliant.For2ndplace,itwasOK. Duringrunningarestaurant,Imetmy secondex-husband,whohasbrought meintotheaviationindustry,andwe startedoperatingManhattanattheend of2002,startingasarecruitment business.Startingyourownbusiness requiresskills,knowledge,and
experience,noneofwhichIpossessed whilerunningManhattanAviation.
AfterayearoperatinginManhattan, makingzeroincomeMyex-husband (myboyfriendatthattime)andIwere discussingthatwecouldnotcopewith 2businessesatonce,thereforewe reachedthejunctionofwhichbusiness Iwantedtorunbetweencontinuing withtherestaurantorManhattan.With carefulconsiderationandafterthe goodreputationoftheThairestaurant, Idecidedtoleavetherestaurant businessafterthecompletionofthe CurryoftheYear2003competition.
TheProcessofBecomingSaucerful
Withthisonlinetraining,wehave walkedtherightpath.Thisisa successfulbusinessandan achievement.Weprovideonline trainingtoallengineerstokeeptheir currentandupdatedtechnologyonthe type.Withthisonlinetraining,not countingthebigairlinesortheMRO, weareprobablythefirstorganisation
