WorldStrides implements many initiatives each year within our CSR Focus Areas to benefit stakeholders.

Here are several case studies that demonstrate how WorldStrides generates a positive impact through our CSR efforts.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

At WorldStrides, we want to ensure that employees and participants feel valued, supported, and celebrated as they partner with us. We have recently taken several steps to accomplish our goal of overall inclusion within our company.

DEI Council

In September 2019, WorldStrides created a team of employees from across the organization to recommend programs that better enhance our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion offerings for our coworkers and prospective hires.

DEI Training

WorldStrides invests in many opportunities to educate our employees on issues regarding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. All employees participated in an online DEI training session to increase their awareness of unconscious bias, and our Senior Management Team engaged in an interactive discussion to learn how to dispel any of those biases in the work place.
