What you need to prepare for your enrolment

Due to Covid-19 we will enrol most students to the college by telephone between the 2nd and the 4th September 2020, using the telephone number you have given us. Late applications or late enrolments will be advised separately.

However, enrolment will take place at the college for the following groups of students: ESOL students, Level 2 students and students with additional support needs and you will be emailed individually to notify you. You will need to bring in three items with you if you are enrolling at college please see page 9 of this guide to find out the three items you will need to bring with you.

Check you know the date and time of your individual enrolment appointment which is to confirm the courses you will be studying following your GCSE results.

Please log on to ‘Application Tracker’ where you will find details of your enrolment appointment.

Check whether your enrolment will be at college or by telephone.

Allow up to 30 minutes for your enrolment discussion.

Your enroller will look at your offer in light of your actual results to check you meet the entry requirements for your courses. If applicable, they will discuss other course options should you not meet

These will be payable via our e-store and details will be given to you at the time.

You will also be asked if you wish to make a voluntary contribution of either £25, £50 or £75. See page 10.

Following your enrolment you will receive an email the following day, confirming the courses you’ve been enrolled onto, instructions about how to pay any fees and charges due, and instructions about your first day of college; your induction day.
