We have several groups and classes that are active and waiting for your sign up. Many groups have postponed meetings or are now meeting virtually due to COVID-19. Please take note of all of the club/ fitness happening around Baldwin Park and reach out to any/all that interest you!

ART EXPLORERS CLUB

Baldwin Park resident Robyn Bertram offers this club through Rollins Museum of Art. The free Art Explorers Club introduces visitors ages 6 to 13 to a world full of art through creative missions inspired by pieces from the museum’s collection. Explorers collect prizes and stamps in their special members’ passport with each project — all while expanding their imagination and art research skills. For more, email rbertram@rollins.edu.

BALDWIN PARK ART CLUB

Baldwin Park Art Club is a mixture of art classes, studio tours and gallery openings for art lovers. It is open to everyone. Contact Pat at plremingt@gmail. com for more information and to see when the club is meeting next.

BALDWIN PARK KIDS CLUB

Activities for children ages infant to 5 years old. Parents and kids enjoy a variety of casual get-togethers, including story time, play dates, park picnics, mom’s night out and more. Contact bpkidsclub1@gmail.com. Many programs for kids are now on Zoom.

BALDWIN PARK LGBTQ+

The purpose of the Baldwin Park LGBTQ+ group is to provide social activities for Baldwin Park residents that identify as LGBTQ+, family members and allies of the community. For more information, contact Alexander Mendoza, alexandermendozav@gmail.com.

BALDWIN PARK SINGLES

This group — for singles ages 35 to 55 years old — will meet biweekly at various locations in Baldwin. This is a great way to meet friends and possibly find a person you would love to date. For more, email Jenny, jennylake94@gmail.com.

ETHNIC FOOD ENTHUSIASTS

Note: This group is not meeting currently but plans to resume soon. Explore exceptional epicurean dishes every month. Experience a chef talk or food flights and bites at local restaurants. Enjoy a deeply relaxing indoor class at 9 a.m. Fridays (Restorative Yoga For Women) or 10 a.m. (Yoga for Newbies). These classes are held at Enders Gathering Room. On Saturdays, two outdoor classes are offered in front of Grace Hopper Hall, starting with Outdoor Flow at 9 a.m., followed by Power Yoga at 10 a.m. New students should contact the instructor at (407) 276-3478. REAL DEAL BOOK CLUB

The Real Deal Book Club meets monthly to discuss its book of choice. The group not only discusses the current read but also shares articles and relevant reviews for the group to discuss. All kids ages 2 to 6 are invited for a morning of fun activities such as games, stories and movement, as well as learning yoga poses and relaxation strategies that will help them cope with the ups and downs of life. Schreiber often incorporates messages about healthy eating, kindness, mindfulness and self-love. Upcoming classes include St. Paddy’s Day in the Park (March 13); April Showers Bring May Flowers (April 24); Earth Day/ Park Cleanup (May 22); and Summer Vacation (June 26).
