AND SELF-REFLECTION
THESIS STATEMENT
This thesis proposes to integrate an understanding of how the natural world deteriorates over time and space, how our past memories shape our emotions, how honoring the dead helps us to cope with grief, into an interior that contributes to our sense of self and our understanding of life’s value.
