With TST’s extensive industry knowledge and software implementation experience, our team is here to help companies with existing and new processes to optimize their efficiency, helping with transitions from legacy software to FieldNote and providing personal and ongoing consultations.

Onsite Training & Implementation

We tailor every training to meet the unique needs of each client, along with their contractors or other third parties that may be utilizing our services. Every client receives consultations before, during and after the deployment of FieldNote. We also provide assistance configuring FieldNote to fit their needs and in-person or online training for all users.

Ongoing and Continuous Support

Geographic Information System (GIS) Services

FieldNote allows our clients to collect and visualize information in new ways. It also allows them to overlay existing information such as physical lines and poles, substations, easements, and environmental layers to aid their work in the field. We are available to assist with the acquisition, styling and integration of these layers both at the time of deployment and as the need arises in the future.
