TST is a small company that takes pride in its employees and their diverse backgrounds.
With the introduction of a Human Capital Management (HCM) system in the summer of 2021, TST has continued to improve digital infrastructure, workplace processes like recruiting and onboarding, and track workforce demographics that we’ve reported on in the following pages.
TST’s employee handbook outlines several employment policies, procedures and practices. This contains equal opportunity employment policies, a code of conduct policy, a business ethics statement, a harassment policy and a protection against retaliation policy. Management and human resources staff have an open-door policy as well to report incidents and provide suggestions to improve the workplace.
