One might ask themselves why that is. It is largely because mentorship, an absolutely vital element, is usually overlooked. Mentorship, when done right, enables one to come to a full awareness of their identity, thus making sense of their environment and what they have to offer. Until this gap is bridged, the same efforts will continuously be applied without any yield of desired results. Through the I Shall Rise Project, the aim is to bridge these gaps and have a more solid structure to work with. “The I Shall Rise Project also has a corporate model that can be engaged with companies by way of mentorship, thus assisting them to maximise their profits. The model’s central idea is that “the key to profit maximisation is its human resource.”
