THE MILL RACE FESTIVAL OF TRADITIONAL FOLK MUSIC This annual free admission event, in its 24th year, focuses on traditional folk music and song from various world cultures. There are several stages spread throughout the historic and scenic downtown Galt area of Cambridge, running simultaneously throughout the weekend. The centrepiece is the Mill Race amphitheatre, made from the ruins of a 19thC. textile mill overlooking the Grand River. Other stages include the Children’s Stage, Acoustic Stage and Civic Square Stage, flanked by the Old Town Hall and Firehall Museum, backing onto the new award-winning Cambridge Civic Administration building.

TD KITCHENER BLUES FESTIVAL The TD Kitchener Blues Festival, one of Canada’s biggest and most popular blues festivals, has been running for over 15 years.
