The Promotion: These days, social media is your best friend and a great way to add some sizzle to your open house. It’s called emotional storytelling and it can do wonders. Take two to three pictures of the home, or one really nice one, and create a post for your Facebook feed. Include some anecdotes and observations about certain features of the home, and of course, the address, date and time, and your contact information.
