Salim Hanna (LN/Vortex) amazed everyone and raised the winner’s cup in the OKJ class. The Colombian already proved to be among the fastest in the qualifiers with second place in group 1 and with two podiums and a fastest lap in the first two qualifying heats. In the following three heats he won twice and achieved a further third place that launched him to the top of the intermediate rankings. Hanna confirmed his leadership with another triumph, this time in prefinal A on Sunday morning, and took the pole position for the afternoon’s final. The Ricky Flynn Motorsports Team driver was practically perfect at the start and led the race from the first turn to the chequered flag. Il colombiano dimostra di essere tra i più veloci già nelle qualifying practice con il secondo posto nel gruppo 1 e con due podi e un giro veloce nelle prime due qualifying heat. Nelle successive tre manche registra due vittorie e un ulteriore terzo posto che lo lanciano in vetta alla classifica intermedia. Hanna conferma la leadership con un altro trionfo, stavolta nella prefinale A di domenica mattina, e conquista la pole position per la finale del pomeriggio. Il pilota del team Ricky Flynn Motorsports è praticamente perfetto alla partenza e guida la corsa dalla prima curva fino alla bandiera a scacchi. In scia al sudamericano segue Miguel Costa (KR/Iame), secondo dopo una risalita di 7 posizioni, mentre Taym Saleh (KR/Iame) chiude al terzo posto.

ISKENDER ZULFIKARI

In the decisive moment of the weekend, Iskender Zulfikari (Parolin/Iame) landed a win and conquered the title in the MINI class. After a complicated qualifying session, the Turk scored a series of notable results in the qualifying heats, including a win, a second place and two fastest laps, and climbed the intermediate rankings by 16 places. Zulfikari did not stop there and, on the contrary, proved to have the pace to be able to compete with the best by winning the prefinal A on Sunday morning. From seventh position, the Babyrace Driver Academy standard-bearer sprinted with decision in the final, immediately moving to third place and even taking the lead during the fifth lap. Vladimir Ivannikov (EKS/TM Racing) challenged Zulfikari and even managed to overtake him on the penultimate lap, but the Turk responded on the last lap and won. Ivannikov still achieved a place of honour, ahead of Roman Kamyab (Parolin/Iame), third at the finish line. Dopo una qualifica complicata, il turco segna una serie di risultati di rilievo nelle qualifying heat - tra cui una vittoria, un secondo posto e due giri veloci - e scala la classifica intermedia di 16 posizioni. Zulfikari non si ferma qui e, anzi, dimostra di avere il passo per poter competere con i migliori vincendo la prefinale A di domenica mattina. Dalla settima posizione, il portacolori di Babyrace Driver Academy scatta con decisione in finale, si porta subito al terzo posto e, addirittura, va a comando nel corso del quinto giro. Vladimir Ivannikov (EKS/TM Racing) sfida Zulfikari e riesce anche a sopravanzarlo al penultimo passaggio, ma il turco gli risponde all’ultimo giro e si aggiudica la vittoria. Ivannikov conquista comunque la piazza d’onore, davanti a Roman Kamyab (Parolin/Iame), terzo sul traguardo.
