The thrilling finale of the MINI Gr.3 in Sarno rewards Gianmatteo Rousseau (KR/Iame). The Panamanian’s weekend starts uphill with a 17th place in qualifying practice, while Iskender Zulfikari (Parolin/Iame) takes the pole position. Standing out as the undisputed leader through the qualifying heats and prefinals, however, it is Dean Hoogendoorn (KR/Iame), with four victories out of four races. In the Sunday afternoon final, a heated tussle for first place breaks out between Hoogendoorn, Noah Baglin (KR/Iame), Bogdan Cosma Cristofor (KR/Iame), Vladimir Ivannikov (EKS/TM), Keelan Harvick (Parolin/Iame), Zulfikari and, in the final laps, Rousseau is there as well. Seven drivers pass under the checkered flag in just under a second. Baglin is in front of everyone, yet a 5-second penalty for an improperly positioned nose deprives him of victory. This delivers the winner’s trophy to Rousseau. Zulfikari returns back to the podium, after withdrawing from the race, in Franciacorta, with second place, while Hoogendoorn finishes in third.

Il weekend del panamense inizia in salita con un 17° posto in qualifica, mentre Iskender Zulfikari (Parolin/Iame) conquista la pole position. A emergere, però, come dominatore incontrastato nell’arco delle qualifying heat e delle prefinali è Dean Hoogendoorn (KR/ Iame), con quattro vittorie su quattro gare. Nella finale di domenica pomeriggio si scatena un’accesa bagarre per il primo posto che vede protagonisti Hoogendoorn, Noah Baglin (KR/Iame), Bogdan Cosma Cristofor (KR/Iame), Vladimir Ivannikov (EKS/ TM), Keelan Harvick (Parolin/Iame), Zulfikari e, negli ultimi giri, anche Rousseau. Sotto la bandiera a scacchi transitano sette piloti racchiusi in poco meno di un secondo: Baglin precede tutti, ma una penalità di 5 secondi per il musetto in posizione non corretta lo priva della vittoria. Questo consegna il trofeo del vincitore a Rousseau. Zulfikari ritorna sul podio, dopo il ritiro di Franciacorta, con il secondo posto; infine, Hoogendoorn chiude in terza posizione.
