We leave the port of Corfu and head off on a scenic drive to the Koum Kouat distillery. Koum Kouat belongs to the citrus tree family and is grown in Corfu. At the distillery, you’ll be given a talk on how this famous liqueur is made and also get an opportunity to taste its many varieties. We’ll stay at the distillery for approximately 20 minutes and if you wish, you can buy any of the products. From here, the tour will move on to the famous resort of Paleokastrita, which has the most beautiful scenery and quaint beach coves. Once you’ve arrived at this beautiful resort, you’ll have some free time to spend on the beach, or if you’d prefer, there are plenty of restaurants and bars where you’ll be able to sample typically Greek cuisine (Payable locally) before returning back to your cruise ship.

A small boat tour will take you to see a complex of caves: during your boat trip you’ll be given information about the area and you’ll have the opportunity to take photographs. You’ll then have some free time to spend on the beach, or if you’d prefer, there are plenty of restaurants and bars where you’ll be able to sample typically Greek cuisine (Payable locally) before returning back to your cruise ship.

As this port is tendered, you will need to take the cable car/lift to the port entrance. The tour will commence with a scenic journey to Oia, enabling you to admire the panoramic view of the Aegean Sea and the neighbouring islands along the way. Oia enjoys a hilltop location which offers breathtaking views across the Gulf of Santorini. This beautiful village, with its narrow streets, traditional white churches and blue dome, is the perfect place for you to do a little souvenir shopping and enjoy the surroundings. The tour will take you to one of Santorini’s most famous wineries. Viniculture is an ancient art in Santorini, thanks to the volcanic soil. There is also an opportunity to taste the wines before you head back to Fira, the capital of Santorini. At the winery you will be able to taste two white and two red wines from a selection locally brewed in the distillery. We will stay at the winery for approximately 50 minutes and wine can be purchased from the shop on site. PLEASE NOTE: You must be over the age of 18 to participate in the wine-tasting. At Fira you’ll have some free time to shop for souvenirs, take photos or explore the narrow streets and enjoy a coffee.

Your Cruising Excursions representative will meet you at Fira port (the old port). As this port is tendered, you’ll need to take the cable car/lift to the port entrance. The tour will start with a scenic journey to Oia, admiring the panoramic view of the Aegean Sea and the neighbouring islands along the way. Oia enjoys a hilltop location, which offers breathtaking views across the Gulf of Santorini. This beautiful village, with its narrow streets, traditional white churches and blue domes, provides a picture postcard vision of the Greek Islands. The tour will stop in Oia for you to enjoy the surroundings, or to do a little souvenir shopping. You will then be taken to the archaeological gem of Akrotiri and will be given a guided tour of the excavations by your guide.

Your air-conditioned transportation will travel south, towards the beach of Agios Ioannis, passing Ornos Beach - one of the most beautiful on the island, with tavernas dotted along its shore line and yachts anchored offshore. Here, there’ll be an opportunity to take photographs and enjoy the view of Delos Island. The tour moves to the centre of the island and the traditional village of Ano Mera, which is home to the Panagia Tourliana Monastery, built in 1542.

Kalafati beach is next: there’ll be a stop of 45 minutes to visit the seaside cafeteria or take a swim, so don’t forget your swimwear and towels! This is followed by a visit to Mykonos town. This popular full-day tour of Athens allows you to see all of the famous sights of Greece’s capital city and also allows you time to shop in Plaka, the very popular shopping area situated at its centre. You will embark upon a sightseeing tour of Athens, including the Panatheniac Stadium (site of the first modern Olympics, in 1896), the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier (in front of the Parliament House in Constitution Square), the Temple of Olympian Zeus, Adrian’s Arch, and the Catholic Cathedral. You’ll also get to see the so-called ‘Neoclassical Triology’ (which consists of the University and the Academy of Athens and the Vallianios National Library), Omonia Square, the Temple of Athena Nike and the Erechtheion with its Porch of Maidens.

After the panoramic tour we will then embark on a two-hour guided tour of the Acropolis, which contains the remains of several ancient buildings of great architectural and historic significance, including the Parthenon, the Propylaia, the Erechtheion and the Temple of Athena Nike. You will then have 90-120 minutes free time to explore the centre of Athens, including Plaka, where you can shop for souvenirs or find somewhere to eat. Your guide will be able to recommend the best places for traditional Greek cuisine. After the free time your tour will head back to Piraeus Port in plenty of time for you to board your cruise ship ready for departure.

Children: £29pp Your tour will commence with a scenic drive to Trogir, a town which arose from ancient Tragurion - itself founded by Greek colonists from the island of Vis in the 3rd Century BC - and which was assigned UNESCO World Heritage Site status in 1997. The first stop on this tour will be the Trogir’s Romanesque and Gothic Cathedral of St Lawrence. The building of the cathedral began in 1213 and was finished during the 17th Century. Marvel at the west portal, the masterpiece of a local master named Radovan. The portal depicts religious motifs: scenes from the Gospels, saints, apostles and even exotic animals. In the town’s main square you’ll find the 15th Century City Loggia, which has a collection of carved stones from across the ages set in panels on the walls. You’ll also see the Town Hall and Cipko Palace, which has a carved Venetian Gothic window and a carved wooden statue of a cockerel taken from the prow of a Turkish ship following a decisive 15th Century battle. Another building of interest is the Benedictine Monastery of St Nicholas. Built in 1066, the building has a beautiful Baroque interior and boasts a number of precious artworks, including the Kairos, an exquisite relief depicting figures and scenes from Greek mythology. After your sightseeing tour of Trogir, you’ll travel to Split, a city with a 1700-year history. From here, you’ll be guided on a walking tour of the famous Diocletian Palace, an ancient palace built by the Roman Emperor Diocletian at the turn of the 4th Century AD. Your walking tour will include the following: Southern part of Diocletian’s palace, Bronze Gate, Diocletian’s cellars, Peristyle, The Vestibule of the Emperor’s Palace, The Mausoleum/St Dominus’ Cathedral, The Temple of Jupiter/ Baptistery, The Silver Gate , Golden gate, St Martin’s church, Chapel of St Amir, People’s Square/Pjaca, The Town Hall, Iron Gate, Chapel of Our Lady of Belfry, Fruit square, Venetian castle, Monument of Marko Marulic.
