OU R P E RS O NA L I T Y SixStarCruises was born in 2009. Its vision? To give customers the chance to book the best cruises available on the most luxurious ships, with a service that is unrivalled by any other travel agent. Customer feedback in the early days of business showed that the high standards of care and attention on a ship were not met by the agent industry, which led to SixStarCruises developing the concept of the Cruise Concierge.

CRUISE NEWS
S ILV E R M OO N Silversea has ordered ship number ten! Silver Muse’s sister ship, Silver Moon, will set sail in 2020 and will come complete with a host of innovative new features set to spark a wave of change in the cruise industry. Silver Moon will feature ‘Green Star 3 Design’; assigned to ships that are designed and built to prevent air and water pollution. This luxury cruise ship will also have ‘COMF-NOISE A PAX’ and ‘COMF-NOISE B CREW’ titles, which are awarded based on noise levels measured on-board the ship. While no further details or initial designs are available at the moment, we do know that Silver Moon will, of course, be an allsuite ship, and that it will have a capacity of 596 passengers. A range of exciting enhancements to the on-board experience have also been announced, and we can’t wait for all to be revealed.

Why choose a luxury river cruise? A river cruise gives you the opportunity to visit several countries in one holiday, seeing the most iconic sights of every town and city. As you travel on-board your indulgent vessel, the scenery is constant and ever-changing, with beautiful countryside, wine-rich valleys and dramatic gorges all yours to experience. Better still, river cruise vessels offer your own personal view of this scenery from the comfort of your room. Enjoy fine dining every night with all meals included, choosing from a mouth-watering menu often created using locally-sourced ingredients. Salt Cay, Turks and Caicos Often deemed the land that time forgot, Salt Cay is the smallest of the main islands in the Turks and Caicos and doesn’t present any of the usual tourist developments. With a population of just 108 people, explore and experience the island at your leisure. Three small restaurants make up the island’s dining scene, offering fresh seafood to guests, and transport varies between a bicycle or off-road golf carts. This island is also a perfect viewing point for travellers wanting to enjoy the wildlife, particularly during the early months of the year when humpback whales glide by during their annual migration.
Saba, Lesser Antilles With under 2,000 inhabitants and zero sandy beaches, Saba isn’t the first island that springs to mind when thinking of the Caribbean. Nevertheless, its lush, green mountain landscapes and stunning views are not to be dismissed. Boasting a cosy, small-town feel, Saba is a hiker’s dream with trails all through the island for amateur and experienced treks. The island’s main attraction is the dormant volcano and (aptly
