The Grand Palace was established at the same time as Bangkok in 1782, by the first king of the ruling Chakri dynasty. Each subsequent monarch has added their own contribution to the complex, so that it represents the full range of royal architecture of the Rattanakosin (Bangkok) period. Also enjoy a private tour to the former royal capital of Ayutthaya and Bang Pa-In Summer Palace. You will have plenty of leisure time to immerse yourself in this diverse city. Why not sample some street food, visit a floating market, enjoy a cocktail at the top of the Lebua State Tower hotel with amazing views over the city or simply relax in the spa.

Day 4

T ransfer from the hotel to Bangkok airport and fly direct to Tokyo On arrival, transfer to a 5-star hotel for a 3 night stay Whilst in Tokyo enjoy a full day excursion through scenic countryside to Mount Fuji and Hakone, returning to Tokyo by bullet train. This tour starts with a drive through the scenic countryside to Mount Fuji. After a Japanese lunch, you will be driven on to Hakone, one of the most popular excursion spots for hot springs from Tokyo. There you will take a cruise on Lake Ashi. You can also enjoy the Aerial Cable Way to Mount Komagatake. After a brief stop at Hakone-en, the tour proceeds into Odawara to board a bullet train for Tokyo.
