Fiesta: Latin American Music with Elbio Barilari Fiesta host Elbio Barilari will highlight a wide-ranging project spearheaded by the Peruvian-born conductor Miguel Harth-Bedoya, called Caminos del Inka (Inca Roads) and dedicated to the music of Latin America, past and present.
