Residential Life at Washington University in St. Louis would like to welcome you all home to campus! Residential Life is a resource for you as residents for any housing needs you may have. We are excited to have you join us in August and can’t wait to get to know all of you by name and story.

To assist you with your move to campus, we have prepared this Move-In Guide to give you important information about the logistics of your move. Please read this guide carefully to ensure a smooth experience on move-in day.

IMPORTANT TO DO LIST:

☐ Review the University Student Conduct Code at wustl.edu.

☐ Review Residential Life Policies and Procedures at students.wustl.edu.

☐ Complete your immunization paperwork and submit to WashU’s Habif Health and Wellness Center. You must provide proof of immunizations and health history prior to moving into campus housing.

☐ If you are delivering packages to campus, make sure to follow the guidelines provided by WashU’s Mail Services at mailservices.wustl.edu.

☐ View your room assignment and roommate information by logging into your WashU Housing Portal via WebSTAC.

☐ Get in touch with your roommate(s) and start coordinating items you may want to share and bring for your room. Make sure to consult the lists on the next page before making any decisions.

☐ Check your WashU email frequently for important information concerning Move-In Day. Each student will have a specific date and time to move-in is selected on the WashU Housing Portal.

☐ Please reference newstudents.wustl.edu for checklist items before you arrive.
